Who We Are
Nicholas Burrows, MRICS
Principal
Nicholas is the principal & co-founder of Drift PM.
​
Nicholas grew up in northern England and earned his BSc from Liverpool John Moores University before moving to Canada where he has amassed an extensive network over the last 15 years, having worked in various roles, including Quantity Surveyor, Independent Certifier, and Director of Project Management for a multi-national QS firm.
In 2021, Nicholas and his partner established Drift PM, building its business model on the foundation of relationships, communication, and accountability.
Nobu Torigoe, P.Eng., PMP, LEED GA
Project Manager
Nobu is a talented project manager with intimate knowledge and experience navigating BC's construction standards, industry best practices, permitting processes.

Having lived throughout Asia and North America, Nobu leverages his lived experiences to provide powerful insight and guidance to clients that find themselves navigating an unfamiliar BC development landscape.
​
Nobu earned his BASc from UBC and has worked with Nicholas on countless development projects over the years. Nobu joined the Drift PM team in 2022.
Vicki Burrows, CGA, CPA, FCCA
Director
Vicki is a director and co-founder of Drift PM. She grew up in Victoria, BC and earned her BSc from the University of Toronto.

Vicki has extensive experience in the construction industry starting out in her career as an accountant for a public firm and later, becoming the financial controller for a large water management company. She is a serial problem-solver, process tiger, and an eternal champion for simple, cost-effective business workflows and accessible, real-time accounting setups for project owners.
